VOLUNTEER FOR THE FAIR!​

Many hands make light work! We need HELP to make the Fair a success!

 

You can help by taking on tasks and responsibilities associated with running an aspect of the Fair best suited to your interests/skills. Committees with positions and functions needed for the 2024 Harvest Fair are described in this Google doc (click to open) The document is not finalized—exact roles may change. If you are interested in being a part of the Planning Committee, please email president@hopewellharvestfair.org.

 

We will be recruiting volunteers for Fair Day. Shifts are approximately 2 hours. Tasks include ticket taking, ticket selling, door monitor, set-up, clean-up and more. While we cannot guarantee a specific assignment, we do our best to accommodate reasonable requests. We are happy to provide documentation of volunteer work.
