CRAFTERS' COURT

The Crafters' Court is a well-trafficked and popular part of the Hopewell Harvest Fair. Local crafters can reserve a booth at the Harvest Fair to sell their (non-food) goods for a modest booth fee. All items sold must be handmade by the exhibiting artist. A booth may be shared; if so, please list in the form any additional crafter(s) sharing your booth and describe their work. Food vendors should refer to the food section.

APPLY FOR CRAFTERS' COURT

Please apply below for a space in Crafters' Court. Once your application is approved, we will send you a payment link, or you may mail a check at that time. The space rental fee for crafters is $75. The non-refundable fee is payable within 5 days of receiving your invitation. Please note that Crafters' Court is BYOT (Bring Your Own Tent—and table too!).

Please note that you MUST stay all day. NO EARLY BREAK DOWNS are permitted. Early breakdowns and no-shows will be denied participation in future fairs.

The Hopewell Harvest Fair is taking steps to make this a more environmentally friendly fair. Your choice of materials will be taken into consideration when your application is reviewed.
