CRAFTERS' COURT

The Crafters' Court is a well-trafficked and popular part of the Hopewell Harvest Fair. Local artists and crafters can apply for a booth at the Harvest Fair to sell their (non-food) goods. All items for sale must be handmade by the exhibiting artist. Food vendors should refer to the food section.

APPLY FOR CRAFTERS' COURT

Deadline for applications is July 31, 2026, but often the available spaces are filled before then! Our fee for one booth is $75 and is non-refundable.

In submitting your application, please keep the following points in mind:

  • If inclement weather requires postponement of the Fair, the rain date is Saturday, October 3, 2026.

  • Booth space is approximately 11 feet by 11 feet. BYOT — Bring Your Own Tent (10 ft. x 10 ft.) ... and tables & chairs, too!

  • Booths will be set up on a paved basketball court next to the school near a playground.

  • Crafters' Court has a maximum capacity of 18 vendors on the paved court. If space permits, additional vendors (up to 6) may be accepted and assigned to grass areas next to the court.

  • A booth may be shared; if so, please list in the application form any additional crafter(s) sharing your booth and describe their work.

  • Booths are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. However, the timing of your application will be taken into consideration (along with the other factors listed here) if we have too many eligible applicants by the deadline.

  • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Acceptance notification will be sent within 3-4 weeks of receiving your application.

  • You may only sell your own handmade craft work or art.

  • We strive for a variety of work presented.

  • Preference is given to local artists and makers.

  • The Fair is taking steps to make this a more environmentally-friendly event, so your choice of materials also will be taken into consideration when your application is reviewed.

  • Once your application is approved, we will send you a payment link, or you may mail a check at that time (address will be provided). The $75 fee is payable within 5 days of receiving your acceptance notification.

On the day of the Fair:

  • Crafters will be allowed to drive onto the field and court beginning at 7:00 am.

  • All vehicles must be off the field by 9:00 am.

  • The Fair runs from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

  • You must stay until the end of the Fair at 4:00 pm. NO EARLY BREAK-DOWNS are permitted.

  • Early break-downs and no-shows will be denied participation in future Harvest Fairs.

  • Additional details and instructions for day-of logistics will be sent via email.
