EXHIBIT AT THE HOPEWELL HARVEST FAIR: BUSINESS ALLEY AND GREEN LANE
Host a table in the Business Alley section of the Fair and showcase your business to hundreds of local residents. Exhibiting in Business Alley is an easy and fun way to meet your customers face-to-face and collect hundreds of new, local names for your mailing list. If you have a “green” business, there is a special area just for you: Green Lane, where sustainable businesses join environmentally-focused nonprofit organizations.
We encourage you to give a small prize away or provide an activity that will bring people to your booth and encourage more interaction. For example you might raffle off a gift certificate or gift basket with your products, give away an item with your business name and/or logo, or host a children’s activity (e.g., temporary tattoos, ring toss).
Business Alley Fees Include:
- 10’x10’ booth space in “Business Alley” or “Green Lane” (no tables or chairs included)
- Business name listed in the Harvest Fair Almanac
- Link to your website from HopewellHarvestFair.org (+$25.00)
Set up is from 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM and take-down starts at 4:15 PM. Please plan on remaining for the length of the Fair. Latecomers and early-leavers may not be allowed to register for the 2017 event. You will need to provide your own table(s), chair(s), and tent (if desired) and arrive early enough to have your vehicle off the field by 8:30 AM on the day of the Fair. More details about setup and timing will be sent to participants in mid-September.
