The Hopewell Harvest Fair has a section just for nonprofit organizations like yours – the Exhibitors section! Hosting a table at the Fair is an excellent opportunity to meet members of our community and introduce them to the work that you are doing. You just might meet a future Board member or major donor. We even have a dedicated area for environmentally focused groups, “Green Lane.”
Registration Fee: The space rental fee for nonprofit exhibitors is $25.00. This covers the cost of promotion, advertising, expenses, and a donation to the Hopewell Harvest Fair. The non-refundable fee is payable with registration.
Fundraising at the Fair: Exhibiting nonprofit organizations may collect donations at the Fair; however, no items may be sold. In addition to being a wonderful community event, the Fair is a fundraiser for the Hopewell Harvest Fair Grant Program. For this reason, the Hopewell Harvest Fair bylaws require that 25% of all donations collected at the Fair are donated to the Fair’s grant program. However, we strongly encourage you to distribute information about your organization and how residents can support the work you do.
