More Information:

About the Fair: The 23rd Annual Hopewell Harvest Fair is a wonderful event, attracting thousands of area residents for a day of old fashioned fun and entertainment.  Proceeds raised by the Hopewell Harvest Fair are donated in the form of grants to local non-profits and community organizations.  Every year the Harvest Fair welcomes local non-profits to participate in the Fair.  It is an excellent opportunity for non-profits to meet members of our community and share information about your organization.

Fundraising at the Fair: In addition to being a wonderful community event, the Hopewell Harvest Fair is a fundraiser.  Each year after the Fair, grants are awarded to local non-profits.  According to the by-laws of the Harvest Fair, non-profits that choose to collect donations at the Fair must contribute 25% to the Hopewell Harvest Fair.  Additionally, it is against the by-laws and policies of the Fair to sell items at your table.  However, you are encouraged to distribute information about your organization and how people can support your organization.  Additionally,  you are encouraged to apply for a Harvest Fair grant.  Applications will be available at the Fair, at the Hopewell Library, and  on the website (www.hopewellharvestfair.org).

Set Up: Exhibitors are responsible for the set-up, maintenance and removal of their displays. Spaces will be approximately 10’ x 10’. All materials, including tables, necessary for displays are to be provided by the exhibitors. The Fair is not responsible for damage, theft or other loss to exhibitor’s property. The Harvest Fair will begin at 10am and run until 4pm. Exhibitors must be set up  and all vehicles off of the Fair grounds by 9:30 am.

Site: The Hopewell Harvest Fair will be held on the grounds of the Hopewell Elementary School on Princeton Avenue in Hopewell Borough, NJ.  Non-profit exhibitors are an integral part of the Fair.

Raindate: In the event of rain, the Fair will be held on Sunday, October 4, 2009. All decisions regarding inclement weather will be made by the Fair Chairperson and will be final.
